The capacity calculations and strength calculations of the products we manufacture are made for each product in line with the requirements of the customers, considering the point where the product will be used. Since construction machines are used for multiple purposes, the number of assignments is quite high. While the most used products are produced in series in our company, completely specific products are designed and produced with the design and customer approval process in the products specifically requested. It is very important to know the hardness and abrasiveness values of the materials that the assignment is in direct contact with in operations where construction equipment is used (earthworks, digging, construction, etc.), in terms of material selection and strength calculations of the assignment to be used.
Wear-proof materials are used in the areas of the attachments operating in very hard and abrasive material in contact with the material. The hardness values of wear-proof materials used depending on the degree of wear vary from product to product. For example, attachment surfaces used in materials with extremely abrasive properties are coated with 500 Brinell-stiffness steel, while 400 Brinell-stiffness steel is used for slightly lighter abrasion values. If the wear rate is below the specified values, the tensile strength of 520 steels are used on the contact surfaces.
